Hiring Employers

Most employers rely strictly on resume's and the interview process. Many times, the person hired is not the best candidate for the job. If only employers had some additional information to use in the hiring process. That information would be be "gold" for any organization or company.

There is a document that could be asked from your applicants. Do they have a Credentials Portfolio (CP)?

They may ask what a CP is. You tell them it is a document that not only writes and tells us what you did in your career but it shows us actual pictures of what you did. It goes beyond what the resume' is. The resume' is supposed to be short in length. The CP provide the additional information for us to make a more informative decision.
